Made to order

Normal Life Fitness products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 7 business days after purchase. Production may take longer during high-volume periods, for product availability, or when an item requires additional quality review.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time begins after production and varies by destination, carrier, shipping method, and season. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping rates and tracking

Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. When tracking is provided by the carrier, you will receive it after your order has been fulfilled.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. If an address is entered incorrectly or an order is returned to sender, replacement shipping or a partial refund may apply depending on the circumstances.
