Made-to-order items

Normal Life Fitness products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Please review product details, size guidance, color, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the affected item unless we specifically ask you to.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an item has entered production, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
